Refund policy
Returns
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund or exchange any purchase made more than 30 days ago.
If returning your item, please note it should be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. You must also include a receipt or proof of purchase when you return your item to us.
Refunds
When we have received your return, we will inspect the item and send you an email notifying you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. Upon approval, your refund will be processed and your original payment method will be credited within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you are still waiting for your refund, please first double check your bank account before contacting your card issuer. It is likely that your money is already on its way but sometimes there can be a short delay before your refund officially goes through. If you have taken the above steps and you are still yet to receive your refund, please reach out to us at hello@eclipsetattooink.com.
Sale Items
We are sorry but we are unable to refund sale items. Items must have been purchased at their full price to be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, we can offer you a replacement. If you require the same item, please send an email to hello@eclipsetattooink.com to start the exchange process. The time it takes for you to receive your exchanged product will vary depending on your location.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the corresponding return shipping costs and these will be deducted from the refund you may receive. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that will we receive your return.
